Profile: Steven Ware is an architect and author. His current design work with Art&Build architects involves the integration of cutting edge environmental practices within large projects, championing new technologies which challenge the building sector. Notable completed projects include the new headquarters for Groupe Chèque Déjeuner in Paris, nominated this year for a MIPIM award. He is currently working on a new office campus for technology giant Thales, an 'eco-neighbourhood' in Montpellier, a photocatalytic office building at Charles de Gaulle airport, and an ecological tricycle for Velobar. No stranger to revolutions, Steven has also been overturning French culinary traditions with a bestselling series of recipe books, known as Les Recettes Inavouables, co-authored with his partner Seymourina Cruse.
